Recruitment & HR Coordinator

The HR & Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our people strategy by managing end-to-end recruitment processes, strengthening our employer brand, and delivering excellent HR support to employees and leaders. This role ensures we attract, hire, and retain top talent while contributing to a strong company culture aligned with our values.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in operational roles and seek development opportunities within a globally growing company. Other responsibilities will be:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Partner managers to identify staffing needs and build effective job profiles
• Drive and develop employer branding initiatives across digital platforms and events
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes 
• Ensure smooth employee experience
• Support employee engagement programs and internal communication efforts
• Assist in policy development, HR documentation, and compliance tasks
• Maintain and update HR systems, records and reports
• Contribute to various HR projects, including performance reviews, culture surveys, and training coordination
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers
• Support Crewing department when required

To succeed as our HR & Recruitment Coordinator, we believe you have at least a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field. If you have additional certifications in HR or recruitment, it would be a plus. You have some years of experience and are familiar with digital recruitment tools and platforms. We use BambooHR as personnel system. You are a dedicated HR-professional who stay updated on labor law and HR best practice.

About Aker QRILL Company:

We develop ingredients for use in the aquaculture and animal feed markets, as well as deliver raw materials for production of human health supplements. Our value chain stretches from our vessels and sustainable krill harvesting operations in Antarctica, through our logistics hub in Montevideo, and all the way to customers around the world.

The Company operates a fleet of four vessels, including one cargo vessel and three fishing vessels, leading krill fishing within the Antarctic region.
