HR & Crew Coordinator

We are looking for a flexible and motivated HR & Crew Coordinator for our team in Ålesund. In this role you will have a key position, working closely with both the operating vessels and the management on shore.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in operational roles and seek development opportunities within a globally growing company. Other responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for qualified crew on the vessels
• Ensure that all crew have all necessary certificates and training
• Co-Responsible for recruiting Seafarers, including Cadets & Trainees
• Establish a crew budget together with the immediate manager
• Responsible for monthly review and crew costs for the vessels
• Planning of crew rotations and shift plans
• Assist in monthly payroll
• Plan and coordinate all crew change related tasks

To succeed as HR & Crewing Coordinator we believe you have:

• HR-Education or similar
• Preferably 1 year relevant HR and or Maritime HR experiences
• Good computer skills and experience
• Preferably OCS experience

About Aker QRILL Company:

We develop ingredients for use in the aquaculture and animal feed markets, as well as deliver raw materials for production of human health supplements. Our value chain stretches from our vessels and sustainable krill harvesting operations in Antarctica, through our logistics hub in Montevideo, and all the way to customers around the world.
